Publication: Strategy for the Liberation of Palestine – Study Guide

We are happy to announce the second ICPS publication: a study guide for the classic work Strategy for the Liberation of Palestine.

The Strategy for the Liberation of Palestine is a book published by the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine in 1969. It is the political report of the PFLP’s second Congress and remains one of the foundational texts of the Palestinian revolutionary left. You can use this study guide alongside your individual or collective reading of the Strategy. You can download a digital copy or buy a physical copy of the Strategy via The study guide can be downloaded here.

This study guide of the Strategy for the Liberation of Palestine provides short, bullet point summaries of the chapters accompanied by stimulating questions for further study and discussion. We hope this guide will provide the reader help and guidance while studying this historic document and applying its methods to today’s reality.

If you have any feedback for this guide or wish to involve the ICPS in your (collective) study of the Strategy, please get in touch through or any of our social media platforms.
